Make it small. Mark it done.
A todo app that doesn’t ask you to build a system first. Write it down in plain language, make it small enough to start, and mark it done.

3 of 5 done
Done. Nice.
A list you take in at a glance. No dashboard, no streak, no score to keep up.
Too big to start on? Cut it into subtasks that do fit the time you have.
One click, a short press, and it slides away. Tomorrow’s another list.
What’s in it
Everything below is in the free version, except headings and making your own tags. Premium is mostly about room: as many lists and areas as you like.
For today
Four views that sort themselves by when a task actually matters.
Type “friday 9am call the bank !!” and the date, time and priority are already set.
Search, jump, add and check off without reaching for the mouse.
A notification when it suits you, not a nagging all day long.
When it grows
Group by project or by area of life. Free up to five lists and two areas (the Inbox doesn’t count).
One level deep. Enough to break something up, too little to get lost in.
Cut straight across your lists: everything tagged #waiting, everything for home.
Write down what you need, with formatting, and attach a photo or a PDF.
Wherever you are
Check something off on your phone and watch it disappear on your laptop. No refresh button.
Every Monday, every third of the month, every other week.
See your week as a week instead of as a list.
Drop in your CSV, see exactly what’s coming, and only confirm after that.
Also included, free: move or schedule ten tasks at once · an archive for lists that are done · your tasks in your own calendar · export everything · a lock on the app with Touch ID · passkeys, two-factor and trusted devices · the whole app in Dutch and English · a trash you can undo for 30 days · a dark theme that follows your system.
Apps
One account for everything: every device shows the same list.
The app is coming. Until then, the website works on your iPhone too.
Coming
A window of its own, with reminders as notifications from your system.
Coming
Connect your list to Claude once, on your computer or your phone. Then ask what’s on for today in the middle of a conversation, and have it add, move and check off tasks.
Small enough. Do it now.

Pricing
You only pay once your list outgrows what fits.
Free
€ 0forever
PremiumComing
€ 3per month, or € 30 a year
Until Premium is here, the limits are off and you already have all of this.
Questions
In your browser and on Android, through Google Play. The iPhone app and a download for Mac, Windows and Linux are coming; until then the website works fine there.
Nothing. Limits only block creating new lists or areas; existing tasks, lists and headings always stay intact, even if you cancel premium later.
Your tasks are yours. They’re stored on servers in Germany, there are no ads, nothing is sold on, and you can export everything whenever you want.
From TickTick, yes: upload the CSV, see exactly what’s about to be created, and only then confirm. More apps will follow.
